Abstract

Zabol city with 130,000 population and locating on the 120 days winds and having many rural emigrations has many problems with site selecting and garbage managing. In this article, it has been tried to identity the effects of ecological conditions on garbage management and it has been paid attention to the effects of economic and social conditions on production and garbage management in families and districts and therefore a place that been appropriate with standards criteria to gathering and excretion of garbage in Zabol city has been determined. For this, the research uses the SPSS and GIS software and AHP model. Analytical hierarchy process is one of the most widely multi criteria decision. In site selecting process with AHP model after determination of hierarchical levels include purpose, criteria, sub criteria and alternatives paired comparison has been done weighing among the sets. The results show that: 1-Locating of garbage excretion in Zabol city is not proportionate with standards criteria. 2- Ecological conditions in Zabol city especially about storm cause to intensive drop in garbage management efficiency. In this subject, it has been tried to minimize the negative effects ecological conditions with offering solutions. There are a meaningful relation between the economical – social conditions of families and garbage management in Zabol. It means if economical-social conditions improve, the garbage management in families will get better.
