Toki test results showed that the average each dimension are not in a group, so that the social dimension with values (59) and the environment with values(54) is in range of undesirable, and economic dimension with values (43.2) is in range of unacceptable, that displeasure of citizens from the economic dimension is much more than other dimensions. Also analysis of variance (ANOVA) results with 52 value and results are non-fuzzy inference (FIS) results with value of 0.25 indicated the Pave city in according to the criteria of EIU is not livable city, and with international standards is very far.
