Toki test results showed that the average each dimension are not in a group, so that the social dimension with values (59) and the environment with values(54) is in range of undesirable, and economic dimension with values (43.2) is in range of unacceptable, that displeasure of citizens from the economic dimension is much more than other dimensions.
