Abstract

Among these sources, solar energy is the most favorable because of many reasons such as easy access and ease of becoming electrical energy. In this study, using fuzzy concepts of energy generation by solar panels in Sistan plain was economic assessment. Fuzzy Logic has the ability in a range of parameters examined in the case, in classical methods of economic evaluation of plans, although analysts default uncertainty about the future, if certain parameters are determined. The conventional model of reality rather not, it seems fuzzy thinking can be assessed by considering the uncertainty, economic projects closer to reality than ever. Classical and fuzzy respectively 13 and 67 million Rials, which shows the economic viability of the project is obtained. Thus the creation of such systems will have ample justification in the Sistan region.
