Abstract

MENARID project international aims to identify and address gaps and barriers to law and is structured in integrated management of natural resources That was implemented in Sistan region that has suffered a series of challenges and constraints, such as the challenges and bottlenecks can be socio-economic factors, environmental noted. The goal of this research is the assessment of challenges of MENARID international project (Case study: rural area of Hamoon, implementation of Sistan region project). Study is done with a combination of descriptive statistics, analytical studies, documentary, and field questionnaire. It also analyzes the data using GIS and SPSS software. Statistical population in this study are included four rural pilot villages Boland, Keikha, Sanchouli and Poodineh, that three levels of the public, government agencies and non-governmental organizations, which based on the Cochran formula 190 sample is proportional to the populations studied rural households. The results showed in the first hypothesis is the success MENARID plan in the dimensions economic, social and environmental and also content low, the results suggest the hypothesis is proven. The second hypothesis, in between dimensions, dimension economic with an average of 3/45 is the greatest challenge during execution MENARID plan to be allocated. And the environmental dimension with an average of 2/98 least importance to issues during implementation MENARID plan to be allocated. In the third hypothesis, importance of management with an average of 3/98 Dimension relationship of management is more than the average 2.45. The results suggest the hypothesis is proven. As well as all hypothetical amount of Friedman test showed, at a significance level of 95%, assuming equal importance is the view of respondents rejected all indicators and concluded that All dimensions examined (the respondents) are to varying degrees.
